		<description><![CDATA[I work in client services so get the emotional clients as well as the emotional staff.  It does annoy me how much time both seem to waste (not just their own but other people&#039;s).  Have one woman I am looking to performance manage out of the workplace because of her meltdowns.  She works well when she is not carrying on but it is very disruptive when she does do it.  Last time she carried on for about 2 days after her supervisor questioned her over being late for work.  I had to read her the riot act to get her to stop it but in the meantime it wasted a lot of everyone&#039;s time and her supervisor now nervous about being alone with her as the whole thing was so Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.  You just never know when she is going to &#039;turn&#039; again.]]></description>
