Amy Beth earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism from West Virginia University. She has served as a reporter, editor, managing editor and executive editor, working for community newspapers and specialized publications.
Catherine Welborn, Web Editor.
Catherine earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and a masters of teaching English from the University of Virginia. Before joining the Briefings team, she taught English and Language Arts, with a focus on improving writing, to ninth- and 12th-graders. She is also Briefings’ resident social media hound.
Jaimy Ford, Editorial Director.
Jaimy earned a bachelor of arts in English and a bachelor of social science in teacher education at Ferrum College. Since joining the publishing world in 2002, she has played the roles of salesperson, publisher’s rep, writer, editor and now editorial director.
